This may be the right opportunity for you if you have completed a 1-year business/administration course plus have 3 years related experience in a senior administrative capacity or the equivalent combination of training and experience.
As the successful candidate, you have strong organizational skills, the ability to be flexible and multi-task to meet deadlines as well as possess strong initiative, good judgment, interpersonal and leadership skills. You work well independently with minimum supervision, as well as while contributing to a team environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, requiring attention to detail and accuracy.
You have demonstrated the ability to work collaboratively and professionally with a large number of individuals, both internally and external to the Department while valuing an inclusive and diverse audience.
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications (Microsoft Office), including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Visio is required.
