Customer Service Representative (In Person Transaction Services) (Clerk 3) - APPLY NOW

The Opportunity

We are looking for tech savvy, passionate, empathetic and dependable Customer Support Representative to help us exceed our customer’s expectations by providing exceptional in-house customer support to our Levana and Defender consumer electronic brand customers.

This role is salaried at $34,320 and includes benefits after three months.

COVID Update- in light of the pandemic, this role will be temporarily working remotely.

OMNI Channel (Email/Phone/Chat) Support

  • Technical Support: Performing troubleshooting procedures and solving technical problems on consumer electronic devices (such as DIY video surveillance products and baby monitors), phone applications, software, components and network connectivity
  • Customer Inquiries: Respond to incoming customer inquiries related to product technical, sales and return inquiries
  • Exceptional Service: Provide exceptional highly empathetic and sympathetic customer service via phone, email and live chat



  • Customer Insights: Identify and report trends on customer inquiries or issues to help improve internal processes
  • Testing: Assist with new product testing and provide feedback as required
